I've finally gotten around to producing some new work. Better late than never. I'll also be posting stuff that I've done over the past couple of years in the weeks to come. I'll also be carving some new Jack-O-Lantern designs soon in preparation for Halloween. I think I'm going all artificial when it comes to the pumpkins this year since it worked really well last year and I hate seeing all that work just shrivel up and putrefy within a day or two. Now, unfortunately... or fortunately, however one may want to look at it, it looks like I'm in the market for some new clubs. Wow... I hadn't realized that I haven't been active since 2007... when I announced that I was going to be more active. That's pretty bad. On the bright side, the downtime has allowed me to familiarize myself a little with Maya and Zbrush so I just may have some CG models to show off in the not to distant future. Then  again, the last time I said something like that I took a two year hiatus. Maybe I need to pull a little reverse psychologalizin' on myself. Well, after suffering from a bout of artists block, dealing with the death of my grandmother, and preparing for a slightly augmented living arrangement I think I'm ready to end my extended hiatus. Sure I haven't opened Photoshop or picked up a pen or pencil for drawing purposes since September of last year, but I've been thinking about getting back into the swing of things. The good news is I have several new ideas… it's just a matter of translating them into something people would want to look at.
